An electronic digital signature (EDS) is a unique combination of symbols that belongs to only one person. If you sign a document using an EDS, you can determine exactly who did it and at what time. Structure of electronic signature

A flash drive or SIM card is used to store the key . This is the so-called key information carrier (KI), protected by a password. It is worth noting that in registration centers, the user can optionally order an EDS with a KI of the selected type: AvBing or AvPass. You can also bring your own carrier, but you need to check its compatibility with the information cryptographic protection software.

The password is set by the user himself. It is necessary to think up in advance and save in a safe place a combination of numbers and letters from 8 to 12 characters. However, if for some reason the password is lost, there are ways to restore it. We will consider them further.

Options for restoring your digital signature password
There are two ways to restore access to the digital signature. The first is to select possible passwords on the keyboard. These are the actions that NCEU specialists recommend first and foremost. This is due to the fact that the system does not block the digital signature if the wrong password is entered multiple times. If you fail to find the password, legal entities are provided with the opportunity to update the certificate data in the registration center. Technically, this will look like a revocation of the existing certificate and issuance of a new one for the established period.
